A single, plain document you could hand to a team and build from tomorrow. It covers the shape of the venture, the sequence of work, the suppliers and people needed, a realistic cost, and the risks and decisions you will face, with my recommendation on each.
What it costs
A fixed fee, quoted firmly before I start based on the scope we agree, payable half up front and half on completion. No hourly creep. You know the number in advance.
What happens next
You keep the plan and execute it yourself, or you engage me to assemble and run the team and suppliers who deliver it. There is no obligation to do the second thing. The plan stands on its own.
