Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Ukuva Consulting B.V. (“Ukuva”, “we”, “us”) collects and uses your personal data when you visit ukuva.com, book a call, or get in touch. Ukuva is the data controller. We are based in Amsterdam, the Netherlands, and you can reach us at chris@ukuva.com.

What we collect

• Information you give us. Your name, email address, company, and anything you choose to share when you book a call or email us.
• Booking details. When you schedule a call, our scheduling provider Calendly collects the data needed to arrange it, such as your name, email, time zone, and any answers you provide.
• Technical data. Our hosting provider Cloudflare processes basic request data such as IP address and browser type, to keep the site secure and running.
• Usage data. We use Google Analytics (GA4) to understand how the site is used, for example which pages are viewed and general, approximate location. This may involve cookies and processing by Google.

Why we use it

• To respond to your enquiry and arrange the free call. This is at your request and in our legitimate interest, before any contract.
• To deliver an engagement you have agreed to. This is necessary to perform our contract with you.
• To keep the website secure and reliable. This is in our legitimate interest.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your data. We share it only with service providers who help us operate, and only as needed:

• Calendly, for scheduling calls.
• Google Workspace, for email.
• Cloudflare, for hosting and security.
• Google Analytics, for measuring how the site is used.

International transfers

Some of these providers are based outside the European Economic Area. Where that is the case, the transfer is covered by appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.

How long we keep it

We keep your data only as long as we need it for the purpose it was collected, or as long as the law requires, and then we delete it.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access your data, to correct it, to have it deleted, to restrict or object to its use, and to data portability. Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it at any time. To exercise any of these, email chris@ukuva.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch data protection authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.

Cookies

The Ukuva site uses Google Analytics (GA4), which sets cookies to measure how the site is used. It does not use advertising cookies. The embedded Calendly booking tool may also set cookies that are necessary for it to function when you interact with it. You can opt out of Google Analytics using Google’s official browser opt-out add-on.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last revised.
